• CATALYST #2: THE “LIQUIDITY TRAP” (Glovo): Exposed “Forced Liquidity Retention” — artificially inflating Operating Cash Flow by holding customer funds hostage (Store Credit scheme), violating IFRS 15. Subsequently, the platform attempted a refund via internal systems, which failed to settle in the external bank account, proving the dysfunctional nature of their financial gateway.
• CATALYST #3: THE “HOSTAGE CARGO” (Globbing): Exposed that funds are siphoned to US Shell Entities (Cargo Model LLC), bypassing Armenian tax jurisdiction while holding residents’ property hostage.

Why we “attack”.

Our forensic audit reveals a critical anomaly in the Armenian state architecture:

• The “Paper Reality”: Armenia is a CEPA signatory (EU Partnership) and claims to be a “Fintech Hub.”
• The “Operational Reality”: A disconnected jurisdiction where 100,000+ residents are treated as “High Risk” by default.
