The Origin Point: On August 27, 2025, the project architect was arbitrarily denied entry to Georgia. Traditional activism would respond with protests. We responded with Systemic Auditing.

The Philosophy: CAT AGI is a protocol for “Asymmetric Response.” When a regime shuts the physical door (Hardware), we open the digital window (Software). We do not need to be in the country to measure its activities and reveal its nature.

• We do not argue with Ideology. Ideologies are hallucinations.
• We measure Latency. Governance is Data. Every refusal, every silence, and every bureaucratic delay is a data point.

The Franchise Model: CAT AGI is not a local project. It is a Scalable Audit Protocol. Any region with a bureaucratic apparatus can be “infected” with our transparency probe. Currently, we operate two active nodes:
