- Late 2026: Establishment of "Centre Bazarov" (Paris) & GRI Framework.
DOCTRINE: "Infrastructure Determinism". Political borders are temporary; infrastructure is absolute. We are designing the Supra-National Systems that will replace the current nation-state model.

The "United Turkestan" (ET) initiative is a geopolitical blueprint for the integration of Central Asia. We are currently conducting the preliminary Audit of the Regional Void to map the power vacuum before drafting the legal framework.
Subject: Legal Framework for a Meta-State. Timeline: *Drafting begins Early 2026.***Concept:**A transition from "Nation-State" to "Algorithmic Federalism". The Constitution will propose replacing traditional parliaments with a Resource Council managing the Water/Energy grid based on data.
